The Kefir Culture Blend (C-Fir) is a curated combination of freeze-dried starter cultures designed to yield a frothy kefir. The resulting product closely resembles that derived from kefir grains, showcasing similarities in lactic acid production, pH, and viscosity.

 

Contains: Mesophilic bacterial culture (proprietary blend), Kluyveromyces marxianus, lactose

Storage Conditions: Store in the freezer

Usage Info: 1/2 tsp. per 1/2 gallon milk. Incubate at 72°F-74°F for 12-16 hours until thick and creamy.
