PV GF Penicillium roqueforti Gluten Free is a blue mold that has a very fast growth rate, a strong blue flavor, and a blue-green color. PV GF results in a very creamy consistency that can be found in cheeses such as Edelpilz, Roquefort and strong Gorgonzola-type blues. PV GF can be mixed with other Penicillium roqueforti such as PA and PJ. This is a direct replacement for the PV.

Usage Info: Approximately 1/8 tsp. added directly to milk for 1-4 gallons. If spraying it on, dilute at a rate of 1/8 tsp. per 4-8 oz. buffered water (8 oz. water with 1/8 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. sugar) and allow solution 16 hours reactivation in water at refrigeration temperatures before use.
